We’re ideally looking for a concept that fits with our East Asian food offering — think ramen, noodles, dumplings, Korean street food, Japanese dishes, Taiwanese flavours, Hong Kong-style eats, BBQ, izakaya bites, or something completely fresh that brings big flavour and big energy.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Hello Oriental is opening its mezzanine level at Circle Square for the right food partner.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious operator to plug into an established Manchester venue with a built-in audience of students, professionals, families, food lovers, social groups, and weekend diners.
The mezzanine offers:
- 50-60 seat capacity
- A full kitchen with equipment included
- Trading days - 7 days (6 over summer)
- Launch date - available straight away!
You’ll be based inside Hello Oriental, a bold East Asian restaurant, bar, and events space in Circle Square, Manchester — just off Oxford Road.
